Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QuickRoofBids, a roof-estimate and contractor-matching service operated by StructureWorks (“we,” “us,” the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
QuickRoofBids measures your roof from aerial imagery, shows a preliminary price range based on current local pricing, and — with your consent — introduces you to one or more independent, licensed roofing contractors who can provide a firm quote. We are a lead-generation and matching service. We do not perform roofing work, sell materials, or process payments for roofing projects.
2. Estimates are preliminary
Every price shown is a preliminary, non-binding estimate generated from aerial measurement and typical local pricing. It is not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of price. Your final price is set by the licensed contractor you are matched with, after an on-site inspection, and may vary with roof condition, decking, layers to remove, flashing, ventilation, permits, and material selection. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
3. Independent contractors
Roofing work is performed by independent third-party contractors, not by StructureWorks. We do not employ, control, or supervise them, and we are not a party to any contract you enter with them. While we take reasonable steps to work with licensed and insured contractors, you are responsible for verifying a contractor’s license, insurance, references, and suitability before hiring. Any dispute over roofing work is between you and the contractor.
4. Your consent to be contacted
When you submit the estimate form you agree to be contacted by the specific contractor(s) named at the point of consent, by phone, text, and email, about your roofing project. Consent to marketing texts or calls is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS/Text Terms and Privacy Policy for details, including how to opt out.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false, third-party, or unauthorized information; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access data that is not yours; scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; or resell or redistribute estimates or contractor information.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and measurement outputs, is owned by StructureWorks and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for obtaining estimates for property you own or are authorized to act for.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that estimates will match a contractor’s final price or that any contractor will contact you.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRUCTUREWORKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ROOFING WORK PERFORMED BY A CONTRACTOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StructureWorks harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any contractor.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
